How we work

WORKING TÈCNICS was born as an integration of different professionals around the field of Architecture in reforms and new construction in different locations.

The multidisciplinary team comes from both the Architecture Projects part and the realization and management of Projects in the Peninsula, the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands.

Our philosophy is based on teamwork from the beginning, with the Promoter and Technical Team, integrating the Architectural Project, facilities and Interior Design with an effective cost control, based on the experience of more than 25 years in all types of constructions and more than 15 years of hotel experience collaborating with different business groups.

Planning is for us the instrument to carry out, effectively, the integral development of the product: Economic Planning with an extensive database updated annually, with real prices from different suppliers and Schedule Planning. That is why we advise from the beginning, with basic but effective ideas, to develop the Project with guarantees of success for the Promoter.

The trust of the client, an essential element, to develop the construction process with agility, solving technical and economic questions quickly and professionally, WORKING TÈCNICS represents the Property in all its negotiations, exclusively managing and coordinating all those involved in the project.
